Privacy Notice (KVKK)

Algoritma Akademi ("Platform") processes your personal data as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") for the purposes described below.

• Identity and contact: full name, username, email, phone (optional), birth year.
• Learning data: assigned programs, exercise results (reading speed, comprehension, durations), lesson progress.
• Security: session records, IP address, browser information, audit logs.
• Parent–student and teacher–student relationships.

• Providing the learning service, assigning programs and reporting progress.
• Showing progress to teachers, parents and institution managers within their permissions.
• Keeping accounts secure and meeting legal obligations.

Accounts of users under 18 are created by a parent, teacher or institution, or opened with parental consent. Accounts without an email never receive email.

Data is shared only as required to run the service (hosting, email and video providers), in line with Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK.

You can exercise your rights under Article 11 of KVKK (access, rectification, erasure, objection, etc.) via the support channel. Requests are answered within 30 days.
